Refund policy

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale items are final, so will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

Items can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days from the day of delivery. Any requests outside this window cannot be fulfilled. 

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused – in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any costs incurred to return an item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the outcome of your return request. 

If approved, action will be immediately taken to either exchange or refund your order. In the instance of a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be available in your bank account.
