Shipping policy

Miscellaneous Product aims to despatch orders within 48 hours; however, please allow 3-7 business days. Any delays affecting your order will be communicated via email. 

Domestic Orders (New Zealand)

Orders within New Zealand are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the time of despatch, though they may take up to 7 business days. On the off chance your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please get in touch at support@miscellaneousproduct.com 

International Orders 

International delivery times (outside New Zealand) range from 2-20 business days, depending on the international shipping option chosen at checkout. On the off chance your order has not arrived within the time specified at checkout, please get in touch at support@miscellaneousproduct.com 

Duties & Taxes 

Please be advised that customers are solely responsible for the payment of any associated duties and taxes relative to their shipping address (country).

This is particularly relevant for European and United Kingdom orders. 

Australian and United States orders can typically spend up to $1000 without incurring import tax. 

If a customer refuses to pay their local duties and/or import tax, the order will be refunded less the original cost of shipping and cost of return shipping. i.e. 2 x shipping costs.
